C.J. is a founding partner at Pilgrim Strategies, LLC, a Massachusetts based public affairs firm specializing in government and media relations strategy. He develops and executes strategic plans for clients facing high profile governmental policy, permitting and regulatory matters in various sectors, including prescription drugs, energy, gaming and real estate development. Recently, he helped spearhead the effort to pass sports betting legislation in Massachusetts.
C.J. works prominently within the energy sector as the Commonwealth looks to achieve aggressive climate goals in a manner responsible to the overall economy, business and work force. He manages coalitions making up various sectors of the business and organized labor communities to drive unique and diverse policy agendas forward. He serves as a political advisor to United States Congressman Bill Keating. C.J. received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stonehill College. He resides in Medfield, MA with his wife, Meg, and two daughters, Ella and Madelyn.
