Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Cambree Fillis, PharmD, BCOP, is a clinical pharmacy specialist at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She received her PharmD from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 2019, and completed a post-graduate year one and post-graduate year two pharmacy practice residency in oncology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She now serves as a board certified oncology pharmacy specialist, medication expert, and patient advocate in medical oncology, malignant hematology, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients with a multitude of malignancies.
Cambree additionally serves as a preceptor to pharmacy students and residents, and as a member of multiple national organizations including the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA), with active involvement within a novel precision oncology special interest group, the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (ASTCT), the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacy (ASHP). She is co-authoring a book chapter and has co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and abstracts. She has presented various works and therapeutic updates at regional and national conferences. Cambree has a special interest in pharmacogenomics, precision medicine, immunotherapies, and oncology supportive care optimization.
