Lori Stetz, MD, MPH

With over 20 years in global population health and benefits, Dr. Lori Stetz currently serves as CMO, Americas for Cigna International Health, where she is responsible for executing on clinical strategy, driving value, and leading their Emergency Assistance program as well as serving as a clinical consultant.

Previous roles include Chief Medical Officer for VIP Universal Medical Insurance Group (VUMI) and Best Doctors Insurance, and over 10 years with Aetna International, where she provided clinical leadership for nearly a million members across the globe, managed diverse global clinical teams, and created an in-house medical evacuation and assistance program. Prior to joining Aetna in 2009, Dr. Stetz practiced primary and urgent care medicine and public health in the U.S. and several international settings.

Lori is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and is certified in Travel Medicine and Aeromedical Evacuation. She has published and presented on global health issues to the United Nations Foundation, the Institute of Medicine, the Hong Kong Mental Health Conference, and numerous industry events. Dr. Stetz graduated from Haverford College and holds an M.P.H. from Boston University and an M.D. from SUNY Downstate.
