Cassie Robinson is a first‑year student at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine. Prior to medical school she worked as a research engineer at Nanopath, a diagnostic‑technology startup, where she designed and fabricated integrated systems for proprietary diagnostic equipment. Cassie also spent three years as an Emergency Medical Technician with American Medical Response and was assigned to New York City in the spring of 2020 as part of a COVID‑19 FEMA emergency task force. Earlier clinical experience includes assisting physicians with procedures and managing patient flow as a medical assistant in a women’s OB‑GYN practice. Her combined engineering and frontline emergency‑medical background gives her a broad perspective on patient care and health‑system operations.
