Mohamed Jalloh is a husband, father of three daughters, U.S. Army veteran, and executive leader with more than two decades of experience spanning public and private sector operations. A graduate of the historic HBCU Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mohamed currently serves as an Interim Operations Manager within DC Government, Department of General Services overseeing the operations of design, construction, and implementation of city-funded facilities across the District of Columbia. Prior to his public service role, he spent 17 years in the private sector with a general contracting firm, leading complex construction projects on behalf of diverse clients.
Mohamed is a first-generation American born to Sierra Leonean immigrants, an experience that deeply shapes his values of service, opportunity, and community impact. In addition to his executive career, he is the co-founder of Athletic Recovery Lab, a health and wellness company focused on educating and serving the endurance community through accessible, science-backed recovery services. A marathoner, ultramarathoner, trail runner since 2009, and longtime snowboarder of over 20 years, Mohamed brings discipline, resilience, and a passion for human performance to every space he serves.
