Kristen is Associate General Counsel for Litigation at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. Prior to entering public service, Kristen practiced law as a founding partner of the Boston law firm Torres, Scammon, Hincks & Day, LLP, a litigation boutique, and Boston’s Mintz Levin. Kristen’s litigation practice focused on white collar criminal defense and general business litigation. Kristen received her B.A. in Government and Spanish from Colby College, and her J.D. from Boston College Law School. In addition to her work with TargetCancer Foundation, Kristen also teaches Legal Writing at the New England School of Law.
